Skills chosen for the workshop include: Image editing & storage, video editing & uploading, advanced power point skills, keeping
electronic records, using smartphones and their applications in practice, social media for doctors, Internet Security Literature Search, enhancing productivity.
Each participant will work on a separate laptop and Smartphone using Wi-Fi.

Course Highlights Course Highlights:Cerebral Palsy and Gait Course will be conducted over the best centers across Mumbai. Each of the centers will be hosting a day each with interactive sessions, case discussions followed by surgical demonstration of Botulinum Toxin (Botox) Injection techniques, single event mutilevel surgeries, upper extremity: deformity correction, Gait analysis: visit to 3D instrumented gait lab and gait correction surgeries. A symposium preceding the course: “Cerebral palsy: Decision and recent advance in Management”, wherein faculty will talk on decision making in cerebral palsy, with a focus on case based discussions.
 Course Objectives Course Objectives:

  • Evaluation of a cerebral palsy child.
  • Identify the problem, use of visual gait analysis, 3D Gait analysis in complex cases, other special tests and scoring systems which enable accurate decision making.
  • Principles and guidelines of surgery in cerebral palsy.
  • Most importantly, when not to operate and what not to do in cerebral palsy.
